From Shatanjay Sudha

I’m Hiring

I am looking for someone thoughtful, reliable, and serious about useful work. This is not a role for someone chasing title, noise, or performative startup energy. It is for someone who wants to build alongside me with care, precision, and long-term ambition.

The work sits at the intersection of finance, AI, career, and tools. If you like clarity, systems, research, execution, and building things that genuinely help people, this could be a meaningful role.

Why This Role Exists

I’m hiring because the scope of the work is becoming larger than one person should carry alone. The platform is growing into something more serious: not just content, but a high-quality body of work around finance, AI leverage, career clarity, practical systems, and useful digital tools.

I do not need a passive assistant. I need someone who can help turn ideas into output, output into systems, and systems into something dependable. This role exists because I want to build with more depth, more consistency, and better operational discipline than I can achieve alone.

If you join, you will not be handling random tasks without context. You will be close to the work itself: the research, the writing, the structure, the execution, and the decisions that make the platform sharper and more useful over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content and research support

Help shape research-backed work across finance, AI, career, and tools so the output stays useful and credible.

  • Research topics, source material, case studies, and supporting references for articles or public resources.
  • Turn messy notes into structured briefs, summaries, and draft-ready material.
  • Help review writing for clarity, usefulness, and logical flow before publication.

Systems and operations

Build and maintain the internal operating layer that keeps execution clean, calm, and repeatable.

  • Improve Notion, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and internal tracking systems.
  • Document recurring workflows so the work does not depend on memory alone.
  • Create better handoff structures, checklists, and execution rhythms across projects.

AI workflow support

Help test, improve, and organize practical AI workflows that save time without reducing quality.

  • Structure prompts, reusable AI workflows, and repeatable input/output systems.
  • Compare tools and workflows to identify what is genuinely useful versus what is just noise.
  • Support prompt libraries, AI-assisted research flows, and internal experimentation.

Tools, calculators, and digital resources

Support the creation of tools and practical resources that make the site more useful than a standard content platform.

  • Coordinate small digital resources, calculators, structured templates, and utility pages.
  • Help define inputs, outputs, edge cases, and user-facing clarity for practical tools.
  • Work with me on turning useful ideas into simple digital products or public resources.

Publishing and project coordination

Keep execution moving across multiple tracks without losing quality or context.

  • Track content calendars, project timelines, pending dependencies, and next actions.
  • Follow up on loose ends, maintain publishing hygiene, and keep systems updated.
  • Help make sure strong ideas do not get lost between planning and shipping.

What I’m Looking For

  • You take ownership without needing constant follow-up.
  • You are reliable, organized, and strong at finishing what you start.
  • You think in systems, not just tasks.
  • You can read, research, and write with clarity.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools with judgment rather than blind trust.
  • You are comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, and spreadsheets.
  • You learn quickly, ask sharp questions, and improve with feedback.
  • You care about details because details shape trust.
  • You can balance speed with thoughtfulness.
  • You are comfortable working in a small, high-expectation environment.

Who This Role Is Great For

This role is a strong fit for someone who likes useful work more than flashy work.

It is great for someone who enjoys building systems, organizing complexity, and making things run better.

It is especially suited to someone who wants direct exposure to real execution across finance, AI, business thinking, content, and digital leverage.

If you want proximity to decision-making, responsibility that actually matters, and the chance to grow through real work, you will likely find this role meaningful.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • People who need constant supervision to stay moving.
  • People who dislike detail, documentation, or follow-through.
  • People who want status, branding, or startup theatre without doing the work.
  • People who are careless with deadlines, instructions, or quality.

What You’ll Get

  • Direct exposure to how meaningful work is actually built from the inside.
  • High ownership from early on, not years later.
  • The chance to learn across finance, AI workflows, systems, publishing, and digital execution.
  • Close collaboration with a founder who cares deeply about quality, clarity, and useful output.
  • Work that compounds into real assets, not disposable busywork.

Final Note From Shatanjay Sudha

I care a lot about quality, ownership, and substance. I am not looking to hire quickly for the sake of it. I am looking for the right person to help build something useful, durable, and genuinely meaningful. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to be part of, I would be glad to hear from you.
