This role is for someone who understands pacing, clarity, and how to keep educational content clean and engaging without over-editing it.
If you already have examples of YouTube edits, short-form clips, or talking-head content, include them when you reach out.

Operations & Systems Associate ⚙️
Looking for someone based in NCR, India who can help keep the business running smoothly through better systems, sharper execution, and reliable day-to-day operations.
This role sits close to the operational core of the business, so I care less about polished corporate language and more about whether you are dependable, organized, and genuinely good at making systems work better.
If you enjoy cleaning up workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and building structure that helps a small team move faster, this role will probably feel energizing rather than draining.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in NCR, India
- Ideally 1 year of experience in an operations or data-focused role
- Expert in Notion and Google Workspace, especially when it comes to building and maintaining clear systems
- A systems thinker who enjoys improving workflows instead of tolerating messy ones
- Comfortable learning new tools like Kit, Kajabi, and AI-enabled workflows without waiting for step-by-step instructions
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to work autonomously in a small team environment
- Excited to help build something meaningful over the next 1 to 3 years instead of just looking for a temporary seat
